The 3rd edition of the Worms Open where held in Worms (of course), one of Europe’s oldest cities and scene of the medieval legends of the early firth century. The largest Worms tournament to date brought participants from 5 nations to the city of Worms and, despite all the competition and passion, also promoted friendship in the sport of racquetball. In the Mens Open division, dutchman Mikan van Zanten won against Cory Miller (USA) in three games with 11-6, 11-6, 11-7, while Carolina Luque (Mexico) won the Women’s Singles title for the first time with a win against Eva Jungbluth from Germany with 11-4, 11-1, 11-0.
