Watch pieces of the Mens Singles Final of the European Racquetball Championships 1999 in Bad Tölz, Germany between Joachim Loof (GER) and Fabian Balmori, representing Spain. Balmori played for Venezuela before and due to some restrictions was only able to play the EURO 1999 with a special permission of the International Racquetball Federation (IRF) and the European Racquetball Federation (ERF). Balmori also won the final but Loof was declaired European Champion because of Balmori's status.

The European Racquetball Championships 1999 were held in Bad Tölz, Germany on July 20th-25th. While the old video tape of the ceremony has a poor quality, the few minutes still give a great impression of the wonderful venue in the former Flint Kaserne and the 3 courts that were demolished due to local political issues in 2016.
